  Located about 220 kilometers fromthe Mongolian Nomadic Holiday Village, Bayangobi is a vast desert andgrassland, covering 30% of Mongolia's desert area.

• Harhorin Ancient City

  Harhorin was the political, economic, andcultural center during the height of Mongolia's prosperity and isconsidered a historically vibrant town. It is designated as Mongolia'sonly UNESCO World Heritage cultural preservation project. In the year1220 AD, Genghis Khan declared Harhorin as the capital of the MongolEmpire, making it the heart of the empire that spanned across Eurasia.

  

• Mongol Empire Museum

  Visit the Mongol Empire Museum andexplore the ancient [Erdene Zuu] Monastery along with famousattractions like the 108 White Stupas. This monastery was establishedin 1586, surrounded by white stone walls with a white stupa every 15 meters representing 108 Arhats. Inside the monastery, you can findpaintings, decorations, embroidery, a vast collection of preciousmanuscripts, woodblock books, inscriptions, and other pricelessartifacts dating from the 15th to 17th centuries, making it a treasuretrove of cultural heritage.

  This is Mongolia's most famous hot springdestination, where you can soak in the hot springs to your heart'scontent or take a short hike to the mountaintop to enjoy breathtakingnatural scenery. You can also choose to indulge in a massage for anadditional fee to relax and unwind.

• Khustai National Park

  This park boasts rolling green hills and vast grasslands and serves as a breeding and conservation center for the world's most outstanding Przewalski's horses, which were once extinct in Mongolia with only about 250 horses remaining. With assistance from the Netherlands, they were successfully bred and reintroduced into the wild in Khustain. During the journey, you'll witness endless grasslands and natural grazing of cattle, horses, and sheep along the roadside.

  

• Mongolian Wild Horse Information Center

  A guide will explain the ecology and behavior of the Mongolian wild horses, followed by a viewing of a documentary on Mongolian natural ecology, introducing the wildlife and plants of Mongolia.

  

Khustai National Park > Terelj National Park (120 kilometers)

• Terelj National Park

  Along the way, you'll admire the unique rock formations, dense forests, and the traditional Mongolian sacred "Ovoo" sites where residents worship and pray. Inside the national park, you can witness natural wonders like the peculiar "Turtle Rock," "Camel Rock," and stones resembling both pigs and dogs, which are truly astonishing.

  

• Aryabal Monastery

  Located at the foothills, this monastery serves asa meditation retreat. It takes a 2-hour hike to reach the monastery (ahiking trip, so please be prepared).

  

• Horseback Riding

  Experience horseback riding on the grasslands andimmerse yourself in the beauty of nature.

  

• Evening Activity

  In the evening, gaze at the clear stars in the vast skywhile enjoying hot mulled wine, a comforting experience under the openskies of a foreign land. Dinner features one of Mongolia's oldesttraditional dishes, "Mongolian Stone Grilled Lamb."

• Genghis Khan Statue Complex

  Legend has it that Genghis Khandiscovered the place where he found the Golden Whip, marking thebeginning of his great history. Under the 40-meter high equestrianstatue of Genghis Khan.

  

• Ulaanbaatar History Museum

  It is the location of most of Mongolia'smuseums and art galleries, including the oldest and largest museum inMongolia. There are museums dedicated to history, science, nature, and even those converted from theme parks for visitors to explore.

  

• Zaisan Memorial

  Built to celebrate the 50th anniversary of therevolution and commemorate the Russian-Mongolian martyrs whosacrificed their lives during World War II to resist Japan and NaziGermany. The Hero Soldier Memorial has a circular plaque on its side, with carvings symbolizing the brotherly friendship between Mongoliaand Russia. In the center of the circular plaque's design, there is a torchthat perpetually burns. From the Zaisan Memorial, you can have abird's-eye view of the entire Ulaanbaatar city.
