Just back from Europe 30 Nov 12D9N tour. This tour was guided by tour manager Mr Bernard, i could say we enjoyed the whole trip because of Bernard. He's really very detailed and explained every spot of attraction of each country in English and Mandarin, he even bought snacks for us worried that we would get hungry on the bus, especially during the last day of the tour which did not include breakfast, he made hard boil eggs just to fill our stomach.
